  • Location: Falkirk
  • Hours: part-time (16 hours).
  • Salary: £18,912.27 – £19,725.70 per annum pro rata
  • Essential: due to the geographical area, drivers are required.

We are happy to talk about flexibility – support comes in all shapes and sizes, depending on the needs of the Service Users. At the Falkirk Team, we support a variety of people with different interests, from photography to poetry to people that are passionate about travel and history.

You will be part of a fantastic team supporting our Service Users to live independently, both in their family homes and out and about. You will have the desire and ability to build and maintain good relationships; and have an organised, collaborative and flexible approach to providing the best support possible. A positive, can-do attitude is essential!

A knowledge or awareness of the emotional and practical difficulties faced by our service users would be advantageous, but most important is your willingness to learn and to be creative in your approach to problem solving.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain or develop your existing skills in an award winning, community focussed organization. If you can communicate clearly and sensitively with our service users and their families, and demonstrate an empathy for The Action Group’s values, we would love to hear from you.

  • Pension
  • 24/7 employee assistance programme, with access to free legal advice and counselling
  • Good annual leave entitlements
  • Ongoing support, training and development opportunities
