This service is for adults with learning disabilities and other support needs, and we specifically need female support workers to help our service users get ready for the day in the mornings, and get ready for bed in the evenings.  The purpose is to empower people through practical support so that they may live as independently as possible, and support workers’ tasks will depend on the individual service user’s support needs.

No experience or qualification is necessary as training is provided.  Our service users have told us what matters most to them is that their support workers are nice people who work well as part of a team and who are practically minded.  We are looking for people who can get the details right and genuinely care about the welfare of others.
