The popular play scheme role is back to The Action Group during the Easter, summer and October school breaks! We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals who want to support children and young people with disabilities and other support needs to participate in a range of fun holiday activities and outings. Does it sound interesting? Welcome to The Action Group!

We are looking for responsible and positive people, who can easily relate to children and young people and ensure their safety and respect for each other as well as making sure they have fun!

  • Dates: 6 – 17 April (2 weeks). Summer (4 weeks TBC) and October (1 week TBC).
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday (9-3)*

Being a play worker is a great way to gain experience in working with people who have support needs and have fun doing it! Successful candidates will share our values of inclusion and opportunity for all, and possess good communication skills, reliability, commitment, and a sense of fun.

The scheme is for children and teenagers of five to eighteen years old. We are looking for play workers that can commit to one of the three play schemes, two of them or, if you want to… to all of them!
