Gender Pay Gap

The Action Group is required to regularly assess differences in pay between male and female staff.  By law, we must also report our findings.

This year’s figures are very positive and demonstrate The Action Group’s continuing success in rewarding and developing employees fairly.  In 2017 the (mean) gender pay gap was 2.7%.  This year the gender pay gap is actually -0.9%, which means the average female employee is actually paid higher than the average male employee.

The Action Group’s goal is to aim for the pay gap to be as close to zero as possible, although there will be slight fluctuations year on year.
